Additional fee will be assessed if your plan has any of the following special circumstances:

* If the current year audit is the plan sponsor's first required audit

* If the plan requires a Non-ERISA Section 103(a)(3)(c) audit

* If the plan sponsor changed its custodian/trustee or payroll during the plan year

* Prevailing wage plans

* If the plan has major operational defect that requires correction
